What Is the Story & Heart Series?

The Story & Heart Series is a community-based program for children ages 5–10 that helps them explore the meaning of kindness and inner beauty through storytelling, reflection, and creative journaling.

With the help of Skyy and Brimielle’s stories, children are invited into a caring environment where they’re listened to, supported, and celebrated just as they are. Each story centers on one of these inner beauty traits: Kindness, Gratitude, Generosity, Compassion, Resilience, Empathy, and Inclusivity.

We’re not teachers, our role isn’t to instruct, but to connect with stories, kindness, and encouragement. Each session helps children discover the beauty within themselves and how it comes to life in the way they treat others.

Each visit includes:

• A heartwarming read-aloud story from the Skyy and Brimielle book series

• Thoughtful conversation about emotions, kindness, and self-worth

• A fun journal activity to help children express what they’re feeling

• Positive words and encouragement to build confidence

This flexible program can be offered as a one-time session or as a multi-session experience. It’s ideal for: afterschool programs, churches, shelters, community centers, libraries, or anywhere children gather.
