A Teen Reflection Program for Girls
The BRIMI Teen Experience is a BRIMI Foundation program created to support teen girls as they grow in identity, confidence, and self-awareness during a critical stage of development.
Centered around the book Beauty Resides In My Image, this experience invites teens to reflect on who they are becoming, how they see themselves, and how outside influences shape their self-image.
Through guided reflection and meaningful discussion, teen girls are encouraged to examine comparison, self-doubt, social pressure, and the messages they internalize. Rather than focusing on perfection or performance, the program emphasizes reflection, clarity, and personal growth.
The BRIMI Teen Experience reminds girls that confidence is not something they chase, it is something they develop as they learn to see themselves clearly and honestly.

How The Program Works
The BRIMI Teen Experience is designed to function both as a structured program and as a stand-alone resource for youth organizations.
BRIMI provides the core book and reflection framework. Organizations may choose to facilitate discussions internally using the book, or invite BRIMI to support and guide the experience in partnership.
The book serves as the foundation of the program, making it adaptable for small groups, mentorship settings, youth ministries, after-school programs, or leadership circles.
