Our Journey

The BRIMI Foundation began with a heartfelt mission: to help girls embrace their self-worth and discover the beauty that resides within them. In our early years, we hosted inspiring programs for teen girls and young women, encouraging self-love, confidence, and emotional wellness. Those moments were powerful, and they remain a meaningful part of our story.

Like many organizations, we were impacted by the shifts brought on by the pandemic. During that time, we paused to reflect, rebuild, and ask how we could make an even greater impact. Out of that reflection came a new chapter, one shaped by the desire to reach children earlier in their journey.

That’s when the Skyy and Brimielle book series was created. It became the heart of our next step: using stories to nurture emotional growth and inner beauty in younger children.

Since then, we’ve continued doing this work with passion, and have done so entirely through self-funding. Every program we’ve offered and every book we’ve gifted has been made possible through personal investment and a deep belief in the mission.

Now, as we grow and reach more children, we need your support. We’re seeking funding partners who believe in the power of story to change lives and who want to help us expand our impact in the community.

Today, BRIMI focuses on serving children ages 5–10 through story-based programs that are engaging, accessible, and rooted in the same purpose we’ve carried since day one. Our mission hasn’t changed, we’ve simply found a new voice, a new approach, and a renewed passion for reaching hearts in a new way. We're proud of where we've been, and excited for where we’re going.
