A program designed to promote general health and wellness through physical fitness. The fitness aspect of this program will address issues of body image, as well as the benefits of maintaining a strong healthy body. This program will also provide opportunities for team building, leadership and community activism.
Program details include:
1 to 1.5 hour(s) of various fitness training
Activities will include - Zumba, Yoga, Strength Training, Agility Training, Various Sports – Soccer, Softball, etc...
Activities will be held both in and outdoors and guided by certified trainers/instructors or local sports teams
